Delete Your Account

Use this page to request deletion of your SoLo Family Plan account and the personal data associated with it.

Start a Deletion Request

Send the request from the email address used for your SoLo Family Plan account. Include the words “account deletion” and tell us whether the request covers only your member account or an entire household that you manage.

Request account deletion

If your email app does not open, write to [email protected] from your account email with the subject “SoLo Family Plan Account Deletion Request.”

How Verification Works

We verify that you control the account before deleting it. We may ask you to confirm account or household details, but we will never ask for your password, payment card number, API key, or active session token.

A parent, guardian, or household manager must authorize deletion of an adult-managed child profile or an entire household workspace.

What the Request Covers

  • Your account profile, membership, preferences, and active native sessions.
  • Personal uploads and content that can be removed without taking another household member's data.
  • Notification registrations and other device data associated with your account.
  • An entire household workspace when the authorized household manager requests and confirms it.

Retention and Completion

After verification, we remove or de-identify the account and covered data unless limited billing, security, or legal records must be retained. Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires them and are not used to continue the deleted account.

We will confirm when the request is complete or explain any information still needed to finish it.
