Terms of Service
These app-specific terms explain the practical rules for using SoLo Family Plan.

1. Our Relationship with SoLoVision
SoLo Family Plan is a product of SoLoVision LLC. These terms apply specifically to SoLo Family Plan and supplement the master SoLoVision Terms of Service. The master terms remain part of your agreement with SoLoVision LLC.
2. The Service
SoLo Family Plan provides a shared household workspace for calendars, chores, rewards, meals, grocery lists, messages, memories, documents, notifications, and related family coordination features. Features may change as the product improves.
3. Accounts and Household Access
- Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
- Invite only people who should have access to your household workspace.
- Household owners and managers are responsible for roles, invitations, and appropriate use by minors.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account or household has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, threaten or harass others, or share content you do not have the right to use;
- access another household, account, or system without authorization;
- upload malware or interfere with the security, reliability, or availability of the service; or
- abuse integrations, automated features, or AI features in a way that creates harm or unreasonable cost.
5. Your Household Content
You remain responsible for the content your household adds. You give SoLoVision LLC the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content so we can operate and support the service. Do not add highly sensitive information that is not needed for family coordination.
6. Trial, Subscription, and Billing
The current public plans are $9 per month or $99 per year. Checkout currently includes a 30-day trial. Stripe processes subscription checkout and payment details. The price, billing cadence, trial terms, and amount due are shown before you confirm checkout.
Subscriptions continue according to the billing cadence selected at checkout until canceled. For billing or cancellation help, visit Support before the next charge date shown for your subscription.
7. Third-Party Services and Family AI
Some features depend on service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, support tools, retailer data providers, and a configured AI provider. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features. Family AI can produce incomplete or incorrect output, so review important results before acting on them.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We work to keep SoLo Family Plan useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product maintenance.
