When it is safe to do so, include:
- the page or feature you were using;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- the exact error message and approximate time;
- your device, operating system, and browser or app version; and
- a screenshot with private household details covered or removed.
Keep secrets private. Never send your password, API keys, or full payment card number. We will not ask for them.
